Onze luxe villa is gelegen op de prachtige gemeenschap van Terra Verde. Deze 6 slaapkamers 4. 5 badkamer familie thuis is volledig voorzien van airconditioning, centrale verwarming, prive zwembad en spa, uitgebreide overdekte Lanai, geschikt voor maximaal 12 personen comfortabel. Gelegen binnen 10 -15 minuten rijden naar de beste attracties in Orlando. Gratis draadloos internet. We tellen met Smart TV, Netflix en Alexas rond het huis. Films, de garage is nu een speelkamer, een pooltafel, air jockey, enz ...

Voor het zwembad en de spaheather geldt een toeslag van $ 100. 00 per week.
Gas BBQ grill beschikbaar voor $ 60. 00 per week.

Je hebt 3 Alexa's, één in de slaapkamer op de begane grond, één in de keuken en één in de speelkamer (garage). Je kunt overal in het huis muziek spelen. De tv in de familiekamer naast de keuken heeft ons Netflix-account, zodat u kunt genieten van bewegingen voor alle gezinsleden.

Baby's pakken en spelen, kinderstoel ook beschikbaar zonder extra kosten.

Great property. Had a couple of early misses (bbq not there on arrival and pool was cold), but they were resolved quickly by Liliana - including follow up from her to make sure everything was ok. Pond behind was a nice feature. Pool and spa were enjoyed by all! Overall we had a really nice, relaxing vacation, and would recommend this property.

We enjoyed the trip just less supplies in the house and hell of flys in the garage couldn’t play in the garage but other than that the house is great and location around everything and we also left a basketball goal in the pool area for the next family to enjoy

The house is large and can hold very big groups. The view from the dining, family, and pool area is very nice. The kitchen is stocked with enough silverware, plates and bowls. The garage has been converted into a fun area. The family, dining, breakfast, and living areas are furnished very well. It is close to a lot of attractions and regular shopping. The place in a well serviced gated community. So overall a very good place to vacation. The issues are the stocking of consumable supplies - toilet paper, soaps. dishwasher soap, garbage bags... are left wanting. Also, the beds are not comfortable. So it earned a 4 stars instead of five.

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect place to stay for a family or with friends. Pool deck is awesome! Great place to relax after a day of golf! Would definitely come back.

This is a great place for a group to stay. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and close enough to everything. The house is perfect for large group. Just the right amount of space for our group of 12. No complaints at all.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The clubhouse has extra experiences if you have small children, there is fun to be had! You should bring toilet paper, paper towels, shower soap/shampoo, pods for dishwasher, spices (not even salt and pepper there), cooking oil, etc. No extras at all. The property itself was lovely, just come prepared with the essentials.

This location and home was perfect for our large group. It gave us plenty of room and the pool and hot tub was nice. If you are traveling to Universal, the distance is a little far but not too bad overall. The house was clean and the communication was pretty good too. We just got messed up getting into the house at the time we wanted because we didn’t have access information. Didn’t necessarily hurt our experience. Great trip and spot!

Everything was good but the HOA they dont want you to park an inch on the grass..If you have large vehicles like a truck and a van there is an issue with parking..Overall the stay was very nice and the owner was very accommodating

This home was everything we needed for our trip to Orlando. We usually stay on site but since we were theme park hopping, we decided to book this home and we were not disappointed. The home had ample cooking supplies, more room than we needed, and enough linen that we didn’t need to do laundry for the duration of our stay. The host, Liliana, was quick to respond to any messages and helpful. Checkin was a breeze and the drive to the local attractions was convenient. We will definitely be booking this home again!!!

From the first communication with Liliana I knew that I could stop searching, cause this was where we would stay. The House and the backyard/lake view are way better then in the pictures. Very quiet gated community. Huge TV in the livingroom to watch the games and 9 TV's with Netflix and cable in the whole house. 1 Master downstairs and the rest of the rooms are upstairs. Plenty of bathrooms for all our 12 guests . Nice gameroom with pool and ping pong table. Everybody loved Alexa, it was a blast for music all night long. The best AC units in any rental house that I stayed in the last 10+ years that kept the house really nice and cold. Big refrigerator to fit everything you can possibly buy for a lot people. We're looking forward to stay here again next year.

The house is very pretty and nicely decorated. Great communication! Was sent the info on time and a cellphone number if we needed anything. We had zero issues with house. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, good size refrigerator, had glasses, plates, bowels, silverware, pans ect.. pretty quiet area, pools was clean and had some pool equipment; floats, googles, football, ect.. We really enjoyed the house. The Miss' and I took lots of walks around the neighborhood which is really nice and well maintained. We ended up at the Tiki bar at the community pool one evening. Where we had one to many Margarita's. It was very relaxing and a good time. Walmart and other stores are about 4 miles away.

Overall Great experience but on the day of arrival front doors were unlocked because the Doors did not want to close. Thank had to get a family member from the area to come and adjust the front Doors because I traveled with my 11 year old twins daughters I needed safety. But overall had a Great time .
