I am glad you enjoyed our villa. In response to some of the issues you presented. In regards to the ensuite, I am quite surprised that you find it dated, as we just had new quartz installed in all the bathrooms, with a new sink, facet and updated cabinets. As you indicated, we have 4 lounge chairs, but we also have a table with 4 chairs and a lovely pool for families of 8. Thanks for choosing our villa.

I am sorry to hear that you have found more negative things than positive with my villa. Lets Review: 1. We provide you with the basics to get you started as you have indicated. Other than that, the onus is on the guest to provide for themselves. This is not just my Villa, but all Villas. Since Covid all extras like spices are removed. This is also stated in the document I sent you. 2. Pool Heat - You had extremely cold weather for Florida and your stay. I realize this is disappointing for you. Unfortunately the weather is out of my control. We did speak of the situation with the cold and I advised you to keep the solar blanket on every night, as the heaters simply cannot keep up. The pool temperatures drop drastically every night and have to start over at a low temperature each day. 3. We do ask that the free BBQ we provided you be used in the grassy area, as our County indicated BBQ's should be used outside the Lanai enclosure. It's a safety issue. 4. There is a warning sign in regards to alligators, as there should be in every Florida neighborhood where there is water. I myself have never seen one there, but it's a warning! It could happen. You need to be aware. 5. We ask for windows and doors to remain closed as we don't want lizards and other critter's to get in, plus when it's hot out you can't keep it cool with windows and doors opened. 6.The TV's are all Flat Screens with remotes. If there was a problem you didn't mention this when we spoke. Actually you said "All Is Wonderful" 7. All the mattresses are new and lovely, as indicated in previous reviews I am sorry that it was as cold as heck for your Xmas vacation and you were unhappy. We go to great lengths to make sure everything is as good as possible with our villa. We spoke to you on 3 occasions and no issues were brought up. If you would have communicated ANY concerns we most certainly would have addressed ALL your issues. I really feel that this review does not stem from my house but the cold weather not meeting the guests expectations.

I am glad you enjoyed all the beautiful nature in Silver Creek. Occasionally gators do travel there as well so it is possible that you saw one. In regards to the TV's, we have 2 smart TV's that you can access the internet through, plus the TV in the Family Room has a Chrome Cast Dongle in which you can stream Netflix's through your own account.
