Ormond Beach Oceanfront Get-Away Efficiency Studio

Efficiëntiestudio met alle voorzieningen.
Maximaal 2 personen in deze eenheid. Huurder moet ten minste 25 jaar oud zijn volgens Condo Association Rules. Geen wegen over te steken! Gelegen aan het strand! Dit is een studio op de 2e verdieping met een eigen balkon met uitzicht op het strand en de oceaan. Direct aan het strand gelegen gloednieuw queensize Murphy-bed, met een memory-gelmatras. Parkeren op het terrein, WIFI, kabel-tv en telefoonservice inbegrepen. Klein zwembad op onroerend goed. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan. NIET-ROKERS in de eenheden. Keuken zal worden gerenoveerd september 2019. Eric was uw vorige consistente Premier Partner voor deze verhuur.

Deze accommodatie biedt direct uitzicht op het strand en is 357 m². Het gebouw heeft houten traptreden naar het strand direct voor dit toestel. Of ontspan aan het zwembad! Strandstoelen, strandhanddoeken, strandmatten en een parasol en overkapping zijn inbegrepen in de eenheid voor uw exclusieve gebruik .. Naast kabel-tv zijn ook Netflix, Prime-kanalen en Pandora beschikbaar. We zijn van plan de hoge normen van de vorige eigenaren te handhaven of te overtreffen en de best mogelijke verhuurervaring te bieden! Het managementbedrijf wordt gebruikt om onderhoudsproblemen en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden lokaal te coördineren.
Ik zal de totale huurbehoefte in mijn eerste antwoord op eventuele vragen definiëren. Evenementtarieven kunnen van toepassing zijn tijdens 'raceweek' en 'bikeweek.' Neem contact met mij op voor eventuele gewijzigde 'evenement'-weekdatums die u wilt, langer of korter. Bikeweek vereist minimaal 6 nachten. Kortingen beschikbaar voor maandelijkse verblijven.

The host were very thoughtful and make sure if you forgot anything they probably already have it there for you. They think of everything. They are also available for any problems and very understanding. The staff on site were also very friendly. We enjoyed staying here. It was more private than the other nearby beaches.

Let me start by saying this place exceeded expectations. It smelled clean and they had the Alexa playing music to welcome you when you come in the door. You can definitely tell they have their guests in mind and they care. Water was in the fridge, little bag of snacks, some toilet trees in the bathroom. The bed was comfy. Heck they even offered aromatherapy pods for a relaxing shower. They are responsive and communicate and reply quick. I would definitely recommend this little spot and would stay here again. Wonderful Hosts ! Can’t thank you enough!

We needed a little relaxation after 8 days at Walt Disney World. Great little unit, extremely clean and had everything you would need. Close to good restaurants as well. A Little Slice of Heaven

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The owners left nothing out! They even left us an anniversary surprise. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I have never stayed anywhere that you were literally this close to the beach. It was clean and comfy and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We will absolutely be back. A favorite beach weekend spot for us!

We found this gem in 2020 and we keep coming back every summer before our son goes back to school. we love how its right on the beach and also love that is in Ormond Beach but still close enough to Daytona Beach for the bigger things. My wife and I spent a wonderful two nights in the oceanfront studio. Jim was an excellent host. The studio included everything needed for spending a day on the beach. Jim let us know the Falcon 9 rocket was to launch from Cape Canaveral Friday evening. We had an unbelievable view of the launch from the balcony of our room! I highly recommend this property!

Cozy Beach Getaway

Our stay at Symphony was wonderful. The studio was clean and modern with everything furnished and then some. We actually would not have had to bring anything except our clothes! There was extra of everything from toiletries, to a fully furnished kitchen with lots of spices and other condiments, gourmet coffee, a bag of candy waiting for us and a bottle of Spanish wine. We have never used a pull-down bed, but it turned out to be quite nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine or our coffee in the morning, gazing out at the beautiful beach and ocean. The property was very quiet and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. I could go on and on about the amenities but the review would be way too long! It is obvious that the owners try very hard to please their guests. We will definitely stay here again.

Small Space/Big View

This is the cutest little apartment. It’s got a Murphy bed (with a great mattress), and in the daytime, when the bed is up, you’ve got a comfortable living room with a view you won’t believe. The kitchen is tiny, but pretty and functional, and stocked with stuff it probably hadn’t occurred to you to pack and you wish you had. But seriously, it’s about the view. The space includes a nice balcony – again, with the amazing view – where you are likely to spend much of your time when you are not on the beach itself, which is right in front of you. The building itself is a vintage treat, like those old motels where your grandmother used to stay, and it’s nicely maintained. We have been coming here for several years, and we have been pleased to see the energy with which management is constantly making little upgrades and cosmetic improvements. It is probably the smallest building on the beach, which is simply wonderful. No crowds, no milling about, just a nice little pool and the beach, which, as I have already mentioned, is right in front of you. We love this place.

Running out of superlatives

This was our seventh stay at this adorable little apartment with the magnificent view. We have already booked our eighth, ninth and 10th stay. We love this place, and I am trying to think of what else I can say about it that I haven't already said. Exactly as described, you walk outside and are right on the beach. Or, you can look at the beach from your private balcony. Or, if the day is a little bit too chilly for walking on the beach, you can just sit on the couch and look at a splendid view of the ocean from two large windows. Jim and Sonya are delightful hosts. Every time we are here, we find another pleasant surprise they have added to make this property even better than it needs to be. This year, it was a supply of “emergency sweatshirts. Because in Florida in January, you never know.
