A separate $300 pet fee per pet per month will be requested after booking. An additional $300 applies for rentals exceeding one month and for reservations with more than one pet.
A lease agreement and a separate $500 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement, and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $5 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
