The house is located about 900 meters from the center of Orosei, a six- to eight-minute walk away. It is part of a residential complex of townhouses, all completely independent, within a private area.<br>The house features a backyard with a wood-fired oven and a terrace, as well as a front yard with space for two cars. It is divided into two levels: one for the living area and one for the sleeping area. The first floor is not available as it is unfurnished. <br>The backyard borders a quiet public area lined with centuries-old olive trees, where you can take a stroll. A note regarding electricity consumption: utility costs are included in the price for normal use of appliances. It is understood that consumption exceeding normal levels—such as charging an electric car—is not included in the price but must be reimbursed via separate payment. The property is surrounded by a public park with centuries-old olive trees, where you can take a walk or let the children play. Linens (sheets and towels), if requested, are available on-site but not included in the price. Please arrange this directly with the owner. Before guests arrive, the house is sanitized with sodium hypochlorite and “Lisoform”-type disinfectants. At the entrance to the house, there is a dispenser with hydroalcoholic hand sanitizer.
