'This was such a a lovely property!!! We booked it for the hot tub, but loved the wraparound back porch even more! The views were stunning and the BBQ was put to good use. My two dogs were right at home and loved all the space to run around. 10 minutes from a really nice, cute beach and main shopping stores, the town had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone, with a warning about the high summer heat and possible wildfire smoke from Canada. The AC was a lifesaver. '

'This was our second stay this summer. Our hosts Becky and John are just the best, and left us some goodies at check-in. We enjoyed the whole area and loved watching the fishermen on the river. The furnished kayaks were a neat way to go to the mouth of the river at Lake Osoyoos. We will be back again and have recommended this home to all of our extended family.'

'The cottage was lovely, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property and the entire resort are "dog friendly," which is the primary reason we chose the Firerock cottage. We enjoyed a number of local hikes that were recommended by the property manager and spent a long day in Canada. Very peaceful.'

'This is an amazing place to stay! The house and and surrounding community are beautiful. The house is clean and well stocked, the area is very pet friendly, and the pool and beach areas are both really nice. We absolutely loved the covered veranda.
