Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!'

'This beautiful home is spacious and comfortable. The host was attentive and available and the home was stocked with everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. The location in the foothills is filled with live oak trees and wildlife which can be enjoyed from the large decking are. I brought the whole family and we all had a great time. Would definitely like to do it again.'

'Our group of 16 had an amazing stay here! We are a group of homeschooling families and we all found comfy spots to sleep. The beds and bedding are all comfy and in great condition. 'Loved this cute bungalow home. Thought it would be noisy as it is on a little bit busy street but it was quiet and cozy inside. We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed. Only two small things-couch is not comfy and the house is slanty. Kind of adds to the charm but is a little disorienting. Host was supper accommodating. Great stay overall.'

'We were in Chico to pack up my daughter and loved how close the house is to the CSUChico. Very spacious with an outdoor seating area in the back. Annie was there cleaning leaves that had fallen to make sure we could enjoy the back yard which we did with a glass of wine. Very responsive to a few questions we had. Loved the little extras like the snacks and the ice cream coupons. We have three years left to visit the area and will definately stay again.'
