Bij aankomst bleek dat ze maar 1 kamer hadden ipv 2. Kamers waren al betaald. Geprobeerd een oplossing te vinden maar dat is niet gelukt. Ze hadden nog een kamer die niet bezet was maar dit bleek een bouwput met alle materialen op het balkonnetje, er werd aan riolering gewerkt, stank was overweldigend. Andere kamer gevraagd, bleek dat ze nog een andere kamer hadden die niet onderdeed voor de toegewezen kamer, heel smerig, veel dode beestjes, onopgemaakte bedden. Toen we hier niet mee akkoord gingen werd het receptiepersoneel onbeschoft en zeer onplezierig, Vervelende opmerking tegen dochters, mompelen op vervelende manier elke keer als ze lang ons liepen. Receptiepersoneel gaf ons een naar gevoel en moesten opvallend vaak langs ons heen als we bij het zwembad zaten. Voelde als intimidatie. Ander personeel was erg aardig,behulpzaam, voorkomend en plezierig. We hadden al eerder van dit hotel gebruik gemaakt, waren tevreden over het verblijf. Dit keer was het zo naar, dat we besloten hebben om in het vervolg niet meer naar dit hotel te gaan.

Do not stay here - checked in for two nights but didn’t even stay one night - renovation work going on all over the hotel, dirt and dust everywhere, tables and chairs being put together all day so lots of noise outside the room and had to go into town to find a quieter area to use wifi and work, other furniture stacked up in communal areas of the hotel. Genuinely did not feel a safe or comfortable environment to stay in. Agreed with reception staff that I would check out the same day and they agreed to process refund the next day. Got home two days later and refund had not been processed. Emailed the hotel three times over the course of a week and did not receive one response - all contact completely ignored. Asked Expedia to intervene and hotel told them they would not refund despite telling me when I checked out that they would process the refund. All of this is just basic good manners and customer service that you would expect any hotel to provide but to essentially lie that they would refund and then not do so, is inexcusable. All of this is without even commenting on the state of the rooms with old, tired and chipped furniture, small dirty bathrooms and communal areas - the whole place needs renovating - but they should not be accepting guests whilst doing so. If you want to pay good money for a poor hotel and even poorer customer service, BC Spa is the place for you. Took multiple phone calls and a lot of persistence to get Expedia to eventually make the refund.

Ilk olarak bize gosterilen oda cok basık ve karanlıktı, personel yardim ederek degistirdi, Mehmet beye teşekkürlerimi sunarım. Aksi halde güzel bir tatil deneyimi olmayacaktı bizim icin. Onun haricinde bölgenin doğası zaten güzel.

Very disappointing. Our room looked pretty nice, however it was obvious that it wasn't cleaned in a long time. Paid extra for a hot tub in the room. When we tried to use it lots of worms came up with the water. Needless to say, due to such unsanitary conditions we didn't use it and it felt just as a rip off. As this wasn't bad enough, the breakfast next day was horrible, cheese with mold being served to guests. Wouldn't recommend it.

In the event of a complaint or shortcomings, it is always advisable to contact the hotel management directly.The incident you describe is not known to us.Since all whirlpools are cleaned with chlorine at check out, the scenario you describe should not be possible.Our cheese comes daily fresh from an organic farmer, without preservatives, no product is spared from drying out at the prevailing temperatures, our kitchen would offer you cheese analog on request.

We came to this hotel after our flight was cancelled so was a last minute reservation for us Really enjoyed our short stay the rooms were lovely beds comfortable and very clean , the staff were very helpful and pleasant ,breakfast was very nice too ,I would highly recommend this hotel and we would use again when we come to Dalayan for a holiday

Chilled hotel and spa in a great location

So the pools were nice, but nothing special. The overall appearance of the hotel was run down and unclean. The rooms were dated, small and, the bathroom was horrible. Toilet ran all night and shower flooded the room. The promised wifi but good luck getting a signal. I would not stay here again!

Fantastic position on the river and walking distance to all restaurants and bars. Spa facilities were very good. Lovely pool area with sun on it all day so pool was perfect temperature. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found rooms to be a bit on the dark side, not very good lighting. Had excellent stay.

Lovely Hotel with a perfect location
We really enjoyed our 1 week stay at BC Spa hotel. It was quiet so there was always room in the restaurant at Breakfast & plenty of loungers by the 2 pools. We didn't take advantage of the Spa facilities, hotel guests can use the pools, sauna & steam rooms for 10L a day, instead of the normal 20L, plus pay for extra treatments. The location, right on the river front was great! Theres no noise or light pollution to spoil your evenings as its a 5 minute walk along the river front to the start of all the boats, shops and restaurants. On our last evening we took a evening dinner boat cruise. It was a really great way to spend our last evening and we would definitely recommend it! Don't forget to take your swimming costume & towel for a dip in the lake as the sun sets. We chose Bed & breakfast which was perfect. The breakfast was typical Turkish with plenty of breads, olives, tomato & cheeses. There was also boiled eggs & a hot dish like spiced potatoes, or cheese pastries or mini sausages. It did get a little repetitive over the week, but still delicious. We ate lunch by the pool a couple of days which was very reasonably & yummy. We ate in town each night, at a different restaurant which were all really reasonably priced & great for people watching or looking out over the river & the ruins. The evening restaurant at the hotel with tables over looking the river also looked lovely but was quiet this time of year. We'd definitely stay again!

So Upset and disappointed
I had the worst hotel experience of my life, the manager of this hotel is an absolute disgrace. I didn't stay for the duration I was meant to as he was extremely rude and life threatening to my family that also stayed there. And was made to feel like I couldn't stay there. I think from what I experienced I should get a full refund. As we couldn't stay there so I definitely wasted my money. The food was a disgrace and the pools and the spa was not as described. The main staff seem to be quite friendly but did not know what they were doing. And the rooms were extremely tiny and very bad turn down service. All and all my partner felt frettend for his life so that put us both off of staying there. I will be taking this further as I don't want other customers to go through, What me and my family went through. The hotel is pretty and could be amazing if it was run by a manager and staff who knows what they are doing. Such a big shame and a let down for us, and have heard that lots of other people have experienced similar things to what we experienced, and mentioned that they walked out of the hotel and didn't come back. I will say I absolutely loved turkey, and the people everywhere else were lovely. But until they have a new manager and properly trained staff, then please stay away from the BC Spa as I don't want people to experience what we went through. Thanks

Mentioned your complaints Pool, foods,your room, Manager( F/B , front office , Genaral Manager ? , etc. We have 69 rooms at BC SPA especialy 7 kinds of room types, It mıght be your room low room type and cm2 If you were unhappyabout your room type to smal or viewing, you could try to upgrade room with extra charges for alternative room type, *We have a lacarte restaurant and giving service for lunch and dinner service also to the external guest , ıf your board was as reservation hb ofcourse set menu instead of buffet, while you are comparing we advise you be equal , If you check your bb rate and hb rate you can see the difference as not much so the per person aprox 1 gbp daily difference, If you could give us your full name we could check and remembered you than we can try to help you. Otel çok merkezi.Bölgenin en büyük oteli.Odaları çok güzel ve kullanışlı.Tuvaletleri ve ıslak alanları temiz ve temizlik sürekli yapılıyor.2büyük havuzu var.Çocuklar olmadığı zamanlarda çok sessiz.2.havuzda çocuk havuzu olduğundan genelde aileler o tarafta toplanıyor.Harika şelaleleri var.Oturma alanları çok güzel.ördeklerin bulunduğu gölü var ve koku gelmiyor.Nehrin kenarında,nehir restaurantı var.Güzel,sessiz kalınabilecek bir otel.sadece kahvaltısı çok yetersiz.

Flott hotell
Vi bodde på dette hotellet 2 ganger i løpet av ferien og var strålende fornøyde. Hotellet ligger i vakre omgivelser og bassengområdene var flotte. Rommene var delikat innredet og hadde en hyggelig uteplass. Betjeningen var hyggelige og serviceminded.

Excellent hotel and very good position
Very nice stay. 2 pools, on accessed from our own terrace. Very large car park. Right on the riverside and a 10 minute walk into town. The hotel was very quiet due to the situation in Turkey probably
