Children-oriented resort
The resort is quite big and busy. Ideal for families with (small) children, but not for those seeking tranquillity and luxury. The facilities are quite nice, however most watersports activities and the gazebo beach houses are only available at an extra charge. The all-inclusive does not include a la carte restaurants, so if you do not wish to spend extra money you'll have to eat at the buffet restaurant. Beware there is a big difference in 5* quality throughout Turkey and most reviews of this hotel are outdated.

Özellikle otelin animasyon ve etkinliklerdeki başarısı ve çeşitliği, olağanüstü prodüksüyonlarını belirtmeliyim. Yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği ve özellikle et yemekleri ve ızgaraları gerçekten çok güzeldi. Türk tatlıları (sütlaç, baklava, şöbiyet) enfesti. Deniz öğlene kadar sakin, öğleden sonra genellikle yosunluydu. Havuz ve restoranda yetişkinler (adult) için ayrı yerler olması bizim gibi çocuksuz aileler için çok sakin hizmet almamız sağladı.

Short stay.
Not as good as previous years, our mini bar hadn’t been fully stocked on arrival and wasn’t fully restocked afterwards, we had to request extra tea and coffee. No slippers in one room, just silly niggles but not the standard we have grown used to. Overall our stay seemed a little less luxurious to previous years, thinking of going back in August and hoping for improvement. Food was good and the kids had a great time just us picky adults!

You have to go to Hilton Dalaman!!!
This hotel was amazing from the pre arrival communication to check in to every member of the team. The service was amazing, the choice and quality of food was mind blowing, and if you asked for something, every effort was made to ensure it was arranged. We used the spa facilities, again, incredible staff and service. Already looking at booking for next year.

This place is absolutely massive with something for everyone. We only stayed here for a day and night before flying home. I think we could have occupied ourselves fro longer but maybe not a whole week. Not really our kind of hotel or holiday but we enjoyed it nevertheless. The cornily named "Mega Buffet" really is mega and the food is pretty good considering. Much is included but activities such as kayaking and windsurfing are extra.

We arrived late in the evening. The reception whilst having my reservation were unaware that Expedia had already taken payment; so charged my credit card again and then subsequently cancelled the payment. Too late for dinner so were offerred sandwiches - sandwiches consisted of a tied-looking roll and chips. Breakfast was fine although finding a vacant table was a challenge; similar for dinner. The beach really was a non-event; many people stayed with the pools. All-in all-disappointing - really not our sort of hotel.

I loved the lake homes with swim up swimming pool access. The staff is not customer sevice oriented. We wished to dine at one of the A la carte restaurants, because we had not made a booking until 8pm - we could not dine. We had asked for daily newspapers - we never got them.

Good do so much better Hilton..
To start our check in was delayed by over 1 hr because our room was not cleaned in time for the 3pm check in. We had requested a Sea View Room and whilst we had been given an excellent room in one of the Lakeside Villa's it was located at the rear of the Hotel and Sea Glimpse may have been a better description. The hotel provided Golf Buggy transport, which was generally quick and efficient. The following day our room was not made up due to a electrical fault on the door panel that requested not to be disturbed, (I am guessing this is why our room was not ready for us on arrival). After informing reception, this was fixed and room cleaned satisfactorily on the following day. Overall staff at the hotel were not so welcoming and service was slow and given without a smile. (maybe as end of season they had all forgotten their training). Staffing levels appeared ok but the clearing of tables etc. was not as efficient as it could have been. The Champaign and Wine Bar, together with Scotch and Cigar Lounge are a shadow of their former existence. Limited Wine and Scotch on offer and can not even smoke a cigar in the Cigar Lounge...... We tried out the Chinese Restaurant one evening, whilst OK the food arrived cold having been prepared in the main restaurant and travelled to the Chinese Restaurant. not even kept hot on burners that you might expect in traditional Chinese restaurants. Overall excellent hotel that could have done so much better..

Karşılamadan, uğurlamaya kadar harika zaman geçirdik. Otel oldukça büyük. Restoranlar, havuzlar ve diğer olanaklar oldukça doğru konumlanmış. Doğanın içinde. Kendinizi beton yığını içinde hissetmiyorsunuz. Genel olarak turist ailelerin tercih ettiği bir otel ancak çift olarak yine de rahat ettik çünkü otelde her anlamda yeterince kapasite mevcut, çocuklarla çok iç içe geçmenize gerek kalmıyor. Yemek ve içecek anlamında çeşit ve kalite oldukça iyi.
