VILLA ALTUN 1

Villa Altun 2 is planned according a private luxury villa standards, in a quiet location and within the green agricultural land apart from the dense structures in Dalyan. The most important feature is that it provides easy of use to the guests as it is a single floor
There are 2 separate lux villas with 250 m2 single structure and high ceilings in a 2000 m2 land and each villa is in a separate position with a 1000 m2 detached garden and pool. There is a high wall between the two gardens so that the guests do not see or hear each other.
Both villas have a special designed and their large terraces face the east side and benefit directly from the sun from morning until 15.00 pm afternoon.

There is a separate garage for both villas. After the guest parks their car, they enter the interior through the steel door; they forget the road and noise pollution after 6 pm.

When the villa land is finished, there is a 3000 m2 fruit field and an organic vegetable garden belongs to the villa on the east side. After walking among the trees in the fruit field, you can collect tomatoes, peppers, etc. from your garden and have them ready for your breakfast. You can get and use eggs from our chicken coop in the fruit field.

Each bedroom of the villa has a private bathroom and there is not door sill the whole flat area so the part can respond to disabled guests. All white goods and electrical appliances used in the kitchen are top models, all air conditioners are DAIKIN brand so the sound pollution is prevented, all textile products are the best quality and all walls are made of high insulation material.

Villa Altun 2 is set on a 1250 m2 land. It includes a big private pool of 60 m2 and 1.55 m. deep with a children’s pool and an outside shower at the side. There are sun beds and parasols for the capacity of the villa. You’ll find a stone BBQ at the side between the villa and the pool. From the side of the main entrance there is a parking place for 1 auto.

Villa Altun 1 is a one-level building ideal for those who have difficulty with climbing steps. It has a spacious salon with kitchen and dining area and 4 bedrooms.

There is a separate WC at the entrance and all 4 bedrooms have en-suites with showers. Each bedroom includes a double bed, 2 side cabinets with lamps and a wardrobe.

The open-plan salon with kitchen includes a comfy lounge with television and a dining area enough for 8 guests. The kitchen includes a stove with oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a sandwich press, a kettle, various kitchen utensils, plates, dishes, cutlery and glasses – wine glasses, mugs, coffee cups, tea mugs etc.
From the lounge you come out to a shady terrace overlooking the pool. There is outdoor furniture – a table with 8 chairs on the terrace.The villa is located in Metinler neighborhood of Dalyan – about 10 minutes to the town centre and 5-7 minutes to Saturday organic market.

All the textile products are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest arrive.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
