'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo. Some, minor, things we missed we will comuncate with the hotel other then there was no climate control in the room. The heath was on or off, Regulating the temperature by opening or closing the windows while heavy roadworks are going on is no picnic. But then again it was compensated with another free drink😉. Luckily not all...

'Perfect location right in the center with reserved parking place at doorstep at the hotel. Small room (normal in France). Bed pillow to hard, two pillows on the bed, maybe next time a soft and hard instead of one hard?'

Aucun point négatif : le personnel est très sympathique et souriant, les services comme les massages sont réalisées par des mains de maître. Les parties sauna sont de qualité, les activités gratuites comme l’Aqua gym et les médiations agréables. La piscine intérieure bénéficient de nombreux transats très confortables et la piscine extérieure, chauffée a été délicieuse malgré la fraîcheur de la météo, de nombreux espaces...

'This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two'
