The holiday flat is located on the second floor of a typical alpine house in a quiet area of Ortisei, in the heart of the Dolomites. The location is pleasantly sunny, with a panoramic view of the Sassolungo and Sassopiatto mountains of the Dolomites, as well as the Sella group.The mansard has an area of about 30 m² and is suitable for a maximum of two people. The flat is ideal for a holiday in the mountains in both summer and winter. It can be heated and, due to its elevated location in the mountains, does not require air conditioning even in the summer months. They like to play at races with the children and are happy to be petted.In the centre of Ortisei, just a five-minute walk away, there are shops and restaurants.
