기압이 낮거나, 펜이 고장난 것도 아닌것 같은데, 냄새에 민감한 우리는 상당한 고역이었습니다
그래서 가능하면 우리화장실을 쓰지않고 공용화장실과, 샤워장을 이용하기도 했습니다
두번째는 이틀을 묵었는데, 보통호텔은 청소는 안해도 쓰레기통을 비우고, 수건을 바꾸어 주는데, 그런서비스는 없었습니다
결론은 방에 화장실에서 나는 냄새만 없다면 대 만족입니다'

'Amazing experience! I made a mistake with the booking and the staff at reception corrected it without any issue. All staff (from beautifully dressed welcoming ladies to staff at IWA restaurant and reception/swimming pool etc) are remarkably friendly and professional.'

'We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.'

The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower.
Bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located and certainly more nights if you are staying in Bishkek would be amazing here. '

'WIFI was niet zo slecht als verwacht. Gewoon tv kunnen streamen op uitzendinggemist. Had de betere kamer geboekt en die was groot genoeg en met een lekkere luie stoel. Lokatie midden in centrum. Goed voor winkels/restaurants. De kippen lever in het restaurant was echt lekker! De broodjes bij het ontbijt vers'
