• This condo unit is on the 2nd floor, one level up from the parking lot. There is an elevator a ways down to the right when facing the building from the parking lot.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and friends.
• This property does not allow pets of any kind due to severe allergies.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over and become impassable in winter.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards:
Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
