Gerenoveerd appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers in de populaire Ledges Condominiums. Uitstekend zicht op het meer met zicht op het hoofdkanaal. Dit is een inloopunit, dus het is niet nodig om al die trappen te beklimmen. De unit is volledig ingericht met nieuwe ligstoelen, een bank en bedden. Een grill op het dek stelt bezoekers in staat om te koken terwijl ze genieten van het weer en het geweldige uitzicht. Het appartement biedt ook gratis WiFi. Het Ledges-complex heeft een fantastische locatie in het midden van het meer. Dineren, winkelen, golfen, wandelen en supermarkten liggen allemaal op slechts enkele minuten afstand.

We hebben een overdekte 10 x 30 boot slip die ook op aanvraag beschikbaar is voor $ 15 per nacht. De slip bevindt zich in het dok direct naast het gebouw, dus de wandeling naar beneden is kort.

Voor de GOLFERS daar is Lake of the Ozarks de beste golfbestemming van de Midwest. Het golfpad van Lake of the Ozarks bestaat uit 13 fantastische golfbanen, allemaal op rijafstand. Het Ledges-complex ligt net buiten de bekroonde Sycamore Creek Golf Club.

Mis ook de geweldige aanbiedingen van de Osage Beach Premium Outlets niet. Great location centered between 2 pools and the beach area. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items. Clean and comfy living areas. Quick responses to any questions and instructions for check in and out were very easy to follow. Overall great experience and will rent this unit again if I have the chance.

It was a nice and clean place! Comfortable furniture.The shade for the balcony was so great to have on sunny days. We wished there would have been a TV in the second bedroom like most places we stayed at have but it wasn't a deal breaker. Would stay here again!

Great Stay

Our stay way great! My husband and I traveled with two of our kids, 13 and 14 years old. It was the perfect size for our family. We particularly enjoyed the view and watching the ducks and turtles every day. The location was convenient for our teenagers to walk to either of the pools. I also appreciated the kitchen and accessible washer and dryer. I was able to wash softball uniforms and feed our family easily. I also appreciated the parking and front door access. We were able to have groceries delivered with no problems. Overall, I would stay here again if we returned to Lake of the Ozarks.

Had a great stay ! A few things to address, I may be wrong but thought there was a grill pic. in the listing no grill. Might let folks know the dishwasher is broke before they load it. And you might try darker shade of carpet next time. All these are small things tha and the only negative from a wonderful place to stay.

4 Senior Golfers

We are 4 senior golfers who enjoy getting away for golf, good food and a comfy condo. One of the golfers sleeps best in a recliner, so the 3 beds and comfy recliner works well for our 4 man group. Thanks to the owner for all your help.

This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at this condo. love the fact that this is on a level that doesn't require going up or down stairs and is perfectly located between 2 pools and the lake. It's very clean and has plenty of seating and beds. The bed in the master is one of the most comforting beds I have ever slept in.

Girls Fall Trip

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved not having steps and parking close to door. Beds were comfy and the unit was decorated nicely. Wish it had a grill on the deck. Because of disabilities, it was a struggle to take the bar stools off the bar and bring the dining chairs from the kitchen to the table. It also would be nice to have instructions for the TV remotes. Other than that it was very nice. Thank you!

The Ledges Condos Are Our Favorite!

We have stayed at the ledges condos several times and have loved every stay! It's the perfect location on the lake, close to PB2 boat launch, and the boat slip with the condo is steps away! The condo was clean and we'll kept, nicely decorated, fireplace, deck, everything we could need! We love staying here and ate thankful for great hosts!

Location was ideal for our group. The option of two pools and beach access to swim in the lake is great. Unit was very clean and gave you a feeling of comfort at the lake. the condo was very clean and it was nice to have a walk in unit with no stairs. View from Balcony was great and loved the beach access to the lake. There was plenty of seating for the 4 of us. Would have like a TV in the 2nd bedroom but other than that would love to stay here next year.
