Holiday Shores 21 - Perfect lakeview villa to spend some quality family time!

Updated lakeview villa located in the heart of Osage Beach, minutes away from the Bagnall Dam strip, golf, shopping, restaurants, family fun activities, and much more. This villa consists of a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, 2.5 bathrooms, and two decks all located in the Holiday Shores area with resort amenities. Our guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, splash pad, lake swim dock, outdoor fire pit, playground area, and 10'x30' boat slip is available for an additional $25/day. Perfect vacation destination to enjoy a variety of desires.
This villa sleeps 6-8 guests except if two or more quests are under the age of 5, up to 10 guests are allowed. Pets may be allowed with a pet deposit, please reach out for more details and any questions. All linens and towels are furnished.
The kitchen is fully stocked including stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, etc. Laundry includes a stack washer and dryer.
The main level is an open floor plan combination of the living room, dining room, and full kitchen. The Living Room consists of flat screen TV, wireless Internet, wood fireplace, and access to the upper deck with gas and pellet grill.
Private parking in front of the villa and overflow parking available. Boat launch and trailer parking available for those renting a covered boat slip, VERY close!
Holiday Shores is located at the 17 Mile Marker of the Main Channel in the coveted Pogue Hollow Cove.
If looking for multiple villas, additional units may be available. Must be at least 25 years old to book.
NOTE: Stairs required for access to the villa (about 5 steps) and amenities (option to drive to pool area, but 2 sets of stairs to the swim dock and boat slip).

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Cute little park play area. My grandson enjoyed the splash pad and pool. Great location. Near restaurants. Family friendly. Pet friendly. We definitely plan to stay again soon.

Enjoyable stay

We were very happy with the villa. It was clean and spacious. The location was close to restaurants, a grocery store and gas station. We didn't use the lake dock, but we did enjoy the pool several times. We do wish it had a better view of the lake, but that wasn't a huge issue. Would definitely recommend to others.

Summer vaca

We had a great week at the lake. Very comfortable villa, beds are very comfortable. Nice quiet cove and boat slip availability. Plenty of space for our family with 7 people. The pool was nice and short distance to grocery store. Only downfall was the 116 steps to boat dock and could not see the lake from the balcony. Super clean!!!!!!

Perfect for memories

We were able to get away with a 19, 17, 13 and 12 year old. Swimming and floating off the deck (though lots of stairs to the deck! Lol) all restaurants, grocery stores and activities were close by! Bring extra water games/toys…. But had a great time making memories-

Ozark Getaway

Nice owners, very responsive, Very clean and nice place, not far from the pool. Has some games for the kids. Why not 5 stars you might ask. We took lake view (could kind of see it) as close to the lake which it kind of is if you are capable of walking up and down about 100 stairs (guess). Even healthy I don't think I would have enjoyed those stairs much. We go in and out with out tritoon several times a day usually. Got pneumonia just before going down so this pretty much was a no go. The listing didn't say there was a fee for the boat slip ($25 per day). They ended up charging me $50 for 4 days but I only used it the one day because we moved it. I called the owner and she gave me some recommendations where I might find a more accessible one. Found another boat slip that we drove to with no stairs so we saved our boating vacation. A little different that there is a $175 cleaning fee and we had to take all garbage by vehicle to the upper entrance dumpster (else $25 per bag charge), bring all bedding down and separate it along with all towels and wash clothes. Seems a bit steep compared to some other places we have utilized.
