Our villa is professionally maintained. Groundskeeping & pest-control teams may be on-site during the day to keep the property pristine. We’re always available via text if you need anything.


A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit helps ensure the home is left in good condition and may be used if excessive cleaning is required, if the grill is not cleaned after use, if trash is left inside the home, or if any damage occurs during the stay. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care, follow basic cleanliness expectations, and report any issues right away. The deposit is fully refundable as long as the home is left in reasonable condition, with no damage or extra cleaning needed.
We do have a pet fee. $250. More than 2 pets must contact us directly.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or garage - do not throw your cigarette butts in the yard or landscaping, please throw them away. We charge a minimum of $500 smoke odor removal fee for smoking or vaping inside the home, and this fee can be up to $1500 depending on what the odor removal company must do to take care of the problem.

An Open Mansion - Literally

We were given the codes to the front gate as well as the lockbox that should have had the keys to the house. Our instructions included using the provided code to open the lockbox to obtain the keys, and to also leave the keys back in the lockbox when leaving. When we arrived at the house, the lockbox was open and there were no keys inside. The front door was left unlocked. We were displeased but decided to enter the house and to see if the cleaning crew left the keys inside. Upon exploring the house, we realized that the keys to the house were nowhere to be found. Additionally, we realized several other security and privacy issues. Three of the master bedroom suites had patios and sliding doors that opened into the patios. These patio doors could not be locked. The locks were not functional. The shades were not functional either. The host never gave us a front door key. No one came to address our security issues while we were there. The dishwasher was loaded with partially clean dishes. The laundry room was disorganized and unclean. The pool cues were broken. There is no two-car garage. It is being turned into a game room. Beware: the driveway is extremely sloped, so if your guests are elderly or have health issues, they will have a difficult time navigating the outside of this property. The inside stairs are very steep. The home has a beautiful view with a great outside deck and a trail that leads down to the dock on the lake.

Best views!

This property is beautiful and the views are incredible. It is directly across from billionaires row. We had an issue with a broken bed and Luke got it fixed. The gate codes weren’t working and we were given alternatives. The house is on 4 levels so you’ll get great exercise during your stay. Wish we had more time to play ping pong and pool. Two in our party fished all day every day so the swim dock was a welcomed addition. The garage isn’t accessible but there is still room for 5-6 vehicles if you pull in along the parking spots and up the whole driveway. We all drive trucks and there were no issues. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Watch for the squirrel who comes to the kitchen door every morning for his snack. Great times!! Thank you for sharing this property with us and for being a stellar host!!

Most Beautiful House!!!

This is probably our favorite home we have stayed in and we love the travel! The pictures do not do this home justice at all!! When you walk in your just in an awwwww. The owner was very quick to respond. My husband and I loved the adjustable bed in the master bedroom! House was VERY clean!! Absolutely adored the view even with the rain you do not want to do anything but look outside! We will definitely be returning if possible!

Best Bachelorette Destination Ever!

I planned my sister’s lake bachelorette party here and we couldn’t have found a better destination! The dock let us float on the lake whenever we pleased, the house was breathtaking, and we felt as though we had everything we needed. We went through the boat service provided by the renter of this house and they picked us up right off the dock for a boat day. Also, any destination you could need, i.e. grocery stores, pool bars, etc. are all within a 15 minute drive from the house. Beware that you are considered out of the service area for any nearby water taxi services and Ubers, but you can still get an Uber if you meet them at the gate (not a bad walk). I could not have asked for a better turn out for the bachelorette and I still have girls messaging me asking me to plan another trip here for next year and every year after that! Thank you, Luke, for this amazing rental!

Perfect stay for a Christmas Party

Wow, one of the most beautiful homes at the Lake of the Ozark with views to match! The Glass Mansion was the perfect place to host our annual team Christmas Party. We are local to the lake and we struggle every year to find a space large enough to fit our entire team including their plus ones to hang out, dine & stay the night, but this home met the challenge! The home was clean and welcoming the moment walked through the door plus, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal for 16! Luke, the owner was attentive and the correspondence with him was prompt and very helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be coming back next year!

Gorgeous Home - Great Location

This is one of the best homes we have stayed in! I host an annual retreat for business planning and this year the house we had booked couldn't accommodate our schedule last minute, so we had to find a different place! After a quick message to the owner, we were all scheduled and staying in this house was amazing. Not only was the layout and space perfect, but the home was clean and had everything we needed. We had 8 cars and everyone fit in the driveway/garage with no issues. The bedrooms were perfect for our group and the pictures do not do this home justice. Finally, the views are just stunning and we cannot wait to host another retreat in this gorgeous home in the future!!

Great getaway

We came in for a concert at the Ozarks Amphitheater. This house was beautiful and was a great distance from the venue. Luke was so responsive and easy to work with. We chartered a boat with a captain through Luke, and we had a great time. It was so convenient to have the dock right off the property for pick up and drop off. The house was well stocked and very comfortable.

Unparalleled views, stunning interior design, missing some important details.

A well-designed house with amazing views. Super smooth access and correspondence with owner. The house had been well cleaned with obvious effort to make it look nice. It felt like we were on a private cruise ship, stairs and all. The house is beautifully designed with a great kitchen. The furniture and carpet have seen better days but looked like RH and were super comfortable. Fairly well outfitted with plates, cups, tableware, cookware, etc. No decent nonstick frying pan but good sharp knives and scissors. No coffee pot! That really hurt us. There was a Keurig but not our cup of tea or coffee .... some pods of flavored coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Salt and pepper about it in the pantry. The cooktop, ovens, and microwaves worked well. No ice or any way to make it so our welcome drink was warm. Freezer rusty. We had to go get ice immediately. Fridge portion was ok. Lots and lots of deck space but no comfortable seating or drink tables. We had to use dining room chairs and a cooler to sit outside and enjoy the view. Lots of outdoor dining space with dining chairs, however. Just no chairs or small tables to kick back in. It was just the two of us. The whole house HVAC works great. Even the 4th floor got cool. Plenty of beds, blankets, pillows, etc. Really nice for a big group. The primary bath and bedroom were great. Comfortable bed, pretty cheap sheets, and no lamps on nightstands. The outdoor light came through the blinds and prevented the bedroom from getting completely dark. The shower was wonderful. Sinks etc all spacious and roomy. Top quality. Lots of steep stairs as you would expect on a cliffside lake house, and the driveway is very, very steep. There is room for about 4 cars and absolutely NO street parking. You will be towed. We really enjoyed our stay after we got settled and if we come back will be prepared for what is missing. Sadly, the house next door burned recently. A total loss. It has not been torn down yet so is very dangerous and accessible to children and pets. No fence around it. We'll be careful to find out what's happening with it before making another reservation. There is a large swim deck way below the house. It's a trek there and back but super fun. No tie-up for boats or jet skis. Just a swim platform and a good place to fish. No outdoor chairs or umbrellas. No expense was spared in building this home. It has a great vibe.

Bachelorette party in the mansion!

The property was stunning. Beautiful and very peaceful. Everyone was very comftable for there was enough space for over 15 people to gather and have a little alone time. Luke was very cmunicative and made sure everything was going smoothly! My friends even booked the house again two weeks later!

Breathtaking views of the Lake surround this home The couch on the main level is a real bonus it takes up most of the room and great for sinking into or a trampoline for kids!!
