Prachtig uitzicht op het meer met uitzicht op de jachthaven, op slechts enkele blokken van de historische Dam Dambrell. Deze onlangs gerenoveerde 2 slaapkamer / 1bath condo-eenheid heeft een koele beachy / nautische sfeer. Dicht bij alle meer te bieden heeft, 1/2 mijl naar Woods Kruidenier / Drank, zelfs op loopafstand van vele winkels, bar & grills en entertainment. Deze eenheid deelt een bootslip met een andere eenheid, dus controleer op beschikbaarheid van slip. Ongeacht of bootstrook beschikbaar is, kunt u toch in en uit de jachthaven trekken en heeft u voldoende ruimte om uw aanhangwagen op het terrein te parkeren.

Deze 800 m² grote accommodatie beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken, compleet met alles wat u nodig heeft om uw eigen maaltijden te bereiden (maar waarom zou u dit doen met alle restaurants in de buurt?). Ook een patio aan het meer.

Unit 4 maakt deel uit van een klein complex van 4 units op een privé-terrein van 5 hectare midden in de stadsgrenzen van Lake Ozark! Er zijn veel herten die rondlopen op het terrein, waaronder Little Mama, een gewonde hinde die we voedden terwijl ze herstellende was van een blessure. Je zult zien dat ze zich afvragen wat het huis te wachten staat op voedertijd. Ze houden van crackers en pindakaas!

Eigenaars hebben 3 van de 4 eenheden genomen en gerenoveerd met nautisch / stranddecor. Unit # 2 staat sinds 2016 op VRBO en heeft uitstekende recensies gehad (VRBO 871246). U kunt er dus van op aan dat u een uitzonderlijk schoon, comfortabel en leuk verblijf zult hebben.

Cute place!

Great location and it was way cuter than the pictures. Very updated and clean. The floors are pretty thin so we heard people walking above us. So if that bothers you, I’d stay on a top level. We had some smell issues with other units smoking outside and the owners came first thing to give us fans and air purifiers. Amazing stay 10/10. Only issue is it’s not as close to the water as the pictures looked.

absolutely amazing

After driving about 5.5 hours from Wichita, we arrived at our condo. I will say that more specific info could have been given as we spent awhile finding our building. However, once there, we were totally delighted with the accommodations. It was perfect for my cousin and I. We absolutely felt it was like a home away from home. My cousin even said "I could live here". It was great. I want to stay there again if I can make another trip there. The lake is beautiful. I had seen it a couple times before, but this time was just gorgeous. Thanks to the property manager who answered my questions before hand and recommended this unit (no stairs). Home now, but so glad I was there.

Great Hidden Gem!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Everything was very clean, and the host had lots of things in stock that might often be forgotten on a trip. Check-in was a breeze; we even got there a little early, and everything was perfect! Check-out was also very easy. We had everything we needed to complete Check-out, but it was short, sweet, and easy! There was no lake access at this property, but everything is just a short drive away, so it was perfect. The deer were absolutely amazing to watch and the baby fawn and I enjoyed a peaceful morning coffee together to make our last day even more memorable. It was quiet, homey, and peaceful, I was a little sad we had to leave, but we will definitely be staying again on our next trip

Great Getaway

Very clean and nicely decorated! Very quiet and private location yet still walking distance to Bagnell Dam and all the shopping and restaurants. We saw deer every morning on the property and enjoyed the view of the lake from the deck. We would stay again.

Incredible place!

What a wonderful place to enjoy the lake. We loved the location for the Shootout street party and easy access to main roads. It is a beautiful location with views of the lake & the deer family that live there. It was so relaxing to watch how comfortable the deer were. The home is beautifully decorated, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with all great amenities. We loved having the grill available. We will definitely keep this as a place to return to.

Great Low-Key Weekend Getaway

Excellent 4 unit building recently renovated by professionals with excellent attention to detail. It's a great place to get away and be somewhat secluded while still next to the main road. Instructions and expectations were clear and well laid out. I would recommend it to any friends and family looking for a quiet weekend.

We've stayed here several times in the last three years. It has always been clean and ready on time. It's close to Bagnell Damn, but in a very secluded spot with plenty of wildlife to make your stay perfect. Pam and Dave are the perfect hosts. We highly recommend this VRBO.
