Windows on the Water bevindt zich in de prachtige Margarittaville Tantara Gated Neighborhood. Dit mooie huis ligt direct aan het water van het hoofdkanaal met uitzicht op het water zover de ogen kunnen zien !! De zonsondergangen zijn mooi! Het huis is ontspannend en gezellig. De woning is zojuist bijgewerkt met nieuw tapijt, verf, meubels en beddengoed. Het is 4 volledige slaapkamer / 4 baden. De woning is ideaal voor een groot gezin / groepen Er is genoeg ruimte voor iedereen! Het heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en grote slaapkamers. Moet 25 zijn om te huren.
* Als je een grote groep hebt en extra ruimte nodig hebt, hebben we een zusterhuis in het huis (2 huizen verderop), dat is 5 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers VRBO # 1145682

Dit is een groot huis. Genoeg ruimte voor het hele gezin. 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. 16 slaapplaatsen. Het huis ligt direct aan het water en heeft een groot uitzicht op het meer vanaf de klif. De 4e slaapkamer is een schoonmoeder suite die op de 3e verdieping van het huis is gescheiden door een buitentrap. Alle slaapkamers zijn erg groot en hebben allemaal een eigen terras. Je zal het leuk vinden

Great Location; Awsome View

This was a perfect property for our group of eight, (alhough, anymore may feel a little crowded in the common areas), definately just two in the kitchen at a time. Only one bedroom was accessible without stairs, something to keep in mind if that is an issue for you. Lake view was gorgeous, but no easy access to the lake on the property. Parking was easy, we were attending a function at Margaritaville and were able to walk or take a golf cart. Overall very pleased with the property.

The property owner needs to upgrade there water system. The water coming out of the faucets had settlement in it. Could definitely invest in a water softener/filtration system. Toilets didn't flush well. Upon arrival the front door was left open, I'm assuming the housekeeper didn't shut the front door or lock it. The gas grill needs replaced badly. All the burners are rusted out and only work half way. There was still painters tape on the walls and ceiling.

61 Topsail Place Osage Beach Missouri in the Tan Tara Estate.

This house was very disappointing when we arrived. The parking spots are for 4 vehicles the size of a VW bug had a hard time getting our vehicles parked without sticking out in the road. When we opened the front door it smelled like mildew. The floors had to be sweep when we arrived in the living room there were nerds' candy everywhere. All of our feet were black from walking on the floors barefoot. The furniture was very old and outdated and very worn out, the upper deck cushions had cigarette burn holes. The kitchen chairs were very wobbly afraid to have the adults to set at. The MlL suit in the lower smelled so bad it was very hard stay there the furniture on the deck was unable to set on they were torn. The pool was a long walk no walking distance for the older kids to walk so we didn't utilize it. The lack of towels for showers was a big problem if you stay 2 nights they will take showers and we had 2 towels and 2 wash rags per room. Just Very Very Disappointed. I will never book this house again.

The house was wonderful, the owner emailed me to disregard the check in for a house that wasn’t mine that I didn’t receive any information on, also the owner asked me some questions in the direct messages tab on vrbo that seemed like a scam, but everything worked out fine.

Quiet with great view

We were a group of six who wanted to sit on the deck and watch the water and the sunset. This place was perfect. A little hard to find using the maps on our phones but once we got there it was very quiet and comfortable. It was mid week and early in the season so there were no neighbors that we could hear or who could hear us. Also, there was a problem with our original booking at the last minute and the management was very helpful in getting us into a new place. I also emailed the management with several questions and found them very responsive. The only problem we had was finding the trash dumpsters (not at the house but down the road and we couldn’t get the key to work). Since we were driving, we took the trash home but that wasn’t ideal.

Enjoyed our stay

The house is lovely and provided us with plenty of room to visit. It is comfortable and if the weather had been sunny, I’m sure I would have been full of light. The floor to ceiling windows gave us a spectacular view of the lake. A couple of things of note: There is a slight difference in the floor level into the kitchen, leaving a tiny step up. We all tripped on it a couple of times. If it cannot be fixed it would be nice to have it marked so it is obvious. Most of the bedrooms are down stairs from the main level. That was not a problem, but we were not expecting them to be below the living area. The mother in law suite is separate and has its own entrance as stated in the listing. However the stairs are narrow and when we saw it, it was dark. We chose not to use if because we were concerned about the stairs. Having stated that, we were not a bit inconvenienced and enjoyed the house.

Great Stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Lakefront property, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness and the accommodations of the property. It was spacious enough to accommodate our group of 16, and had more than enough room to spread out and relax. The view of the lake is breathtaking and we spent a lot of time lounging on the deck around the fire taking in the view. Property was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Jill was great to work with during our booking and any questions we needed she answered them right away.

Something is wrong with the pipes or plumbing

I do not know if this applies to the mother-in-law portion. However, in the main living space any time a sink or shower was on or toilet was flushed, there were gargling noises that came from the pipes and drains or the toilet made noises. When the toilet made noises, sometimes water with splash up onto the toilet seat. At one point, the shower drains shot up some black substance in the bottom of the tubs. In the two rooms downstairs, we were not sure or did we trust that flushing the toilets would not overflow them. The toilets seem to have trouble flushing with very little toilet paper. Overall, this day was not too bad we were just concerned about the plumbing and water circulation to all bathrooms and kitchen. Thank you!

Gorgeous View!

We booked this home because of the view and it did not disappoint. Property has typical wear and tear for the age of home and comparable to others in neighborhood. It was well equipped and large enough with lots of space to spread out. FYI for those that care, there is a propane fire pit on the main deck which is great for cool evenings, and though the pics show a mini fridge in each room, there is only one in the lower level suite.

Beautiful week at the Lake

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The rooms are large with plenty of space and the view is nothing but spectacular. The mother-in-law suite has no inside connection to the home. You must walk up the hill to come in the front door. Although this did not cause a problem for us, it may for other travelers. We highly recommend this home and will definitely look to rent it again.

Perfect for a conference weekend

We had a group of 9 people for a conference at margaritaville over the weekend. The house was perfect - everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathroom space to get ready in the morning. The kitchen provided tools to make a meal for all 9 of us. The location was perfect and a phenomenal view. We all enjoyed our stay!
