If you arrive by air, the closest major airport is Columbia Regional Airport—about 90 minutes away—followed by an easily accessible shuttle or car rental to Osage Beach. This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks and patios. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Guests who ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery.

-A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged
-Any additional damages or lingering odors will result in further charges
-Reviews from violating guests may be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance
