Located within the Tan-Tar-A Estates, not only will you enjoy a private retreat to rest and recharge after days of exploring the area, but you’ll also have access to fabulous onsite amenities. Two seasonal pools are available to help cool you down during the warmer months, or you can head into the adjacent Margaritaville Lake Resort to really turn up the fun with horseback riding, bowling, mini-golf, boat cruises, and even an indoor water park. Perhaps you’d rather spend your day on the links playing a leisurely round of golf on either of the challenging courses, afterward enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the spa. You don’t have to leave the home, however, to enjoy the serenity of nature, as spacious upper and lower-level decks offer comfortable seating with a side of amazing views. The upper deck is screened in to protect you from the elements, so whether you choose to dine al fresco or just catch up on a good book, you won’t miss out on the beauty of this one-of-a-kind destination.



Indoors, soaring ceilings and abundant windows create grand spaces illuminated with natural light. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating with a smart TV, so even while away you’ll never miss an episode of your favorite show. The galley kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances and striking blue cabinetry, fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Enjoy casual bites seated up at the counter on the high-top barstools for 5 or take your meals together in the formal dining room with an elegant table seating 8. Get your morning started off right with a fresh cup of coffee brewed on the drip or Keurig coffee makers, enjoying those first few sips out on the balcony taking in the fresh Ozark air and planning another day filled with adventure.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms and one bonus room on the lower level.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, deck access, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds, deck access, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Accessible through Bedroom #3, the lower-level bonus room includes a queen size bed and a TV for gaming only.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Check in at 4:00 pm, Check out at 10:00 am

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
