'Room was dirty with used towels and hair from the previous guest. They would not honor the confirmed price from my Feb '26 reservation. They said it was due to new ownership of the hotel.
New ownership is not American owned and feels like they don' t care about basic American hotel standards. Receptionist was only two months old with the company and had no idea her bosses names or their contact information. There was no way for me to reach out to them to discuss these issues.
