'We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. It's a awesome hotel with first-class facilities and services. The staff were very friendly and nice, they came to pick us up from Pune airport with a short notice and no extra charges for it. 'Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding. Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee. My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card...
