'Room was clean, didn't take advantage of the amenities - we were travelling and up before the complimentary breakfast'

'The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it.'

'The pool and hot tub were nice and the pool side room options were nice as well. The room was very small, and the bathroom was at the back of the room instead of the front, putting the bed right by the door. Our stay was good overall and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!'

'We spent couple of days the staff was so friendly and welcoming The second day we missed the breakfast by few minutes but the lady was so nice and she opened the waffle tray for my son and she grab some utensils to help us. We enjoyed our stay will definitely come back '

'When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. '

'Had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was very family-friendly. The water park was a great experience for our 3yr old daughter, and the included breakfast was nice. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay.'

'Our room had new mattresses and carpet. The bathroom was missing an over the mirror vanity light. A lot of space to move around.'

'The hotel was fine, from front desk staff to amenities to room size to location. Road work nearby was not the fault of the hotel. On the other hand it was difficult, challenging and severely disappointing to deal with Expedia when I needed to make a change. There was no honest effort or customer service to work with me on my change request. I’m not sure I will use Expedia for any future travels.'

'Location was great. Literally walkable to many restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious.. bed is nice and firm (the way we like it), the only complain we have for the room is not having a blackout curtain and only a sheer curtain. The staff were nice and helpful Breakfast was way better than other hotels. (they have sausage,eggs, pancake and other usual American bfast) Nice pool and hot tubs (they have 3 hot tubs) Will definitely go back here again in the future!'

'I like this hotel because, we had a poolside room. The pool area is not cold, it’s comfortable. The pool area does not smell like chlorine!! The hot tub and pool are right next to each other. Hot tub water floats over the wall into the pool so the pool is not freezing cold! It’s a great set up! Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Not the newest place, but for the money. It’s great. Will stay again. Precious (Mgr name) was super friendly!!'
