Villa in Osprey that sleeps the whole family

Enjoy memorable sunsets, with a private view and revel in all the local charm and activities the Casey Key area have to offer. Our villa has the perfect balance of ambiance and enjoyment you are looking for in your vacation to the Sarasota/Venice area. Only 7 miles from the #1 rated beach in America, Siesta Key Beach and 2 miles from the nearest boat ramp, perfectly nestled in Osprey, Fl between Sarasota and Venice. It has an open floor plan with a large open kitchen, dining and living room perfect for entertaining overlooking the beautiful scenery outside while sitting indoors. There is a large deck balcony that is great for sipping your morning coffee or for late night entertaining.

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment has a master bedroom, with a king bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds as well as a roll away twin cot and a pack & play.

This apartment is located on a private road, on private property on 3 acres. There is another home that is occupied on the property. There is plenty of room on the property to park your boat/trailer, jet ski-'s, kayaks, bicycles/trailers, RV, etc.

Large outdoor area with a screened in porch and a grill available for use on the first floor, perfect for dining and entertaining outdoors. A pool table is available for use on the first floor as well.

Attention all fisherman/beach go-ers because our favorite feature is the boat cleaning station with accessible water hoses etc.

Sarasota & surrounding area's are a major beach & fishing destination with several fishing charters departing from local marinas every morning so you don't have to bring your own boat to fish. You can also chose to rent one nearby, as well as tours that leave out daily only 2 miles from the Villa.

Our Villa located in Osprey, FL also offers some of the best tiki bars in the area with live music every weekend.

Location was great! Very friendly hosts! Stayed here while visiting family in Sarasota. Very roomy and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Well stocked with cookware and games with enough space for groceries and storage for our things as well. Comfortable beds and beautifully tranquil balcony for enjoying morning coffee. We will definitely look for this property or the space below it for our return visits!!

Overall nice stay

The apartment itself is nice, newly renovated as they mention and nicely done. Very clean. There was construction going on downstairs during the day a couple times but it was quiet at night. The beds were fairly soft which was not our preference. It also would help to have more clear directions on where to go at check-in given the apartment is part of a larger building/property and it wasn’t obvious from the check-in instructions.

Great Home Base

Palm Villa is an excellent home base for exploring Sarasota County and the surrounding area. It is a quiet and tranquil escape from the coastal hustle while still within walking distance (touch over a mile) of waterfront dining and entertainment. The unit has everything I would need for a weekend or a more extended stay.

Amazing hospitality

We are so pleased to find such a hidden gem of property to stay. From the moment we stepped into and left it felt like home away from home. So many little details, as cute stingrays made of towel on a beds and even little flower on roll of toilet paper made us feel very welcomed . Even fridge was supplied with salad dressing, ketchup, syrups and so. So you not need to run in a store first thig to buy it . Loation is just fantastic! You feel like you far aways from all civilization how it's quiet and in a same way it's close to everything. Walmart is just 5 min drive. Siesta and Turtle beaches are 20 min away. Hosts are amazing people ready immediately to fulfill your even tiny requests. We will stay there again without hesitation next time when in the area.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was just as described in the listing. The apartment is located in a nice quiet setting. The apartment was fully furnished and super clean. Everything including shopping, Parks, hiking trails, beaches only a very short ride away. Thank you to our hosts Terri and James for making sure everything was perfect. We travel a lot and have stayed all over the country. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Slightly off the beaten path but very close to everything. We enjoyed the privacy in this lovely, extremely well kept upper flat. James and Terri were wonderful. We would love to return again but it was already booked a year out.
