'At first we didn’t have a very nice experience with this hotel. The room we stayed in wasn’t as clean as we liked and the airco was leaking. We complained at the desk and got a bit of a rude reaction from a young staff member. The next day we went to the reception again and showed them pictures of the room and the airco. 'The property is located just across from the 3 bridges and it is a perfect location. Easy to find and the parking suggestions Nina made were great. She also gave us a few suggestions for our night in town. Definitely will look to stay here again when we come through Ljubljana in the future.'
