In Osserain-Rivareyte, we offer this charming 85 m² house with shared swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,500 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood extra)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared (unheated) 12 x 6m swimming pool, open from April to October (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate and alarm.
- A beautiful 2,500 m² shared garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Osserain-Rivareyte, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Puyoo 20 km away (about 20 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Biarritz-Pays Basque 80 km (about 1 hour by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- The fireplace is working, wood is extra (60€/m³).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and Conciergerie Bizitoki (concierge / housekeeping service).
