'Prachtig hotel met veel smaak ingericht. Ralph is de beste kok in de verre omgeving. Bij elke kamer een prachtig terras met uitzicht op zee of de jungle. Vanaf je eigen terras kun je prachtige vogels en veel wilde dieten spotten. Vooral de buitendouche bij de kamer is heel bijzonder! Prima basis voor bekijken van schildpadden.'

'Luis and Veronica have a very special place, and they are the nicest and most attentive hosts. They welcomed us warmly and told us about the local beaches and recommended local turtle guides, so we got to see some of the Olive Ridleys lay eggs! They even helped us with our special needs (laundry and when a flat tire)! The family tree house is such a unique structure, we loved staying in it. 'The swim up pool bar was great, the seaside grill also decent food and drinks. Spa was very good. Service from reception was limited at times, although there was one of the concierges who was very good. Careful of the voucher for discount on spa or experiences -check with them about activities being applicable. Some of the food for breakfast and at the asian restaurant wasn't great.'

'The property is a short walk from the stunning beach, some of our favorite restaurants. This is a very new and exceptionally well-designed hotel. 'Owner was amazing. I had a delayed flight and they checked up on me and even gave me a ride from a nearby hotel as I was having a hard time getting Uber rides within Pinilla. Internet was strong and I was able to work remotely without issues during my meetings. The room is comfy and the property is just excellent.
