Family-friendly end-of-row house for up to 5 people, Wi-Fi, pets allowed

This townhouse offers approximately 68 m² of living space for up to 5 people and is located in a family-friendly neighborhood. Pets are welcome here. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sofa set, a radio with a CD player, and satellite/cable TV. The well-equipped, open-concept kitchen features a dining table, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, accessible via a staircase with child safety gates. One bedroom has a family bed (270 x 200 cm) and the second has a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
The garden, playground, washing machine, and dryer are available for shared use. A parking space and Wi-Fi are available for your stay.
Enjoy your time on the patio or in the garden—the perfect place for relaxing outdoors. Unfortunately, barbecuing is not permitted at the property!
Bedding and towels are not included in the rental price but can be booked as an add-on upon request.

Note on possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. In some cases, it may be possible to adjust the travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that for the period from June through September, bookings must be as continuous as possible.

For bookings with pets, we charge the corresponding pet fee per pet as well as an additional cleaning fee.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to your reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective vacation destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
