Casa Marangi is a new luxury villa with swimming pool for holidays in Puglia, in Ostuni. The villa, with large outdoor equipped areas, independent bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and many accessories, accommodates up to 10 guests.
In addition to the beautiful swimming pool with solarium and gazebo and the outdoor equipped areas, the villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning and internet in every room, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor closed-circuit cameras, electric oven, tv, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board.

In the big estate of Casa Marangi, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool (4m x 8m and 1,40 m deep) with solarium and gazebo, there aer several outdoor equipped areas where you can relax or cook, such as the barbecue area and outdoor kitchen area under the porch.
The holiday villa is on two floors.
Casa Marangi opens into a large living room on the ground floor under the barrel-vaulted ceiling with exposed stones, furnished with a comfortable sofa, tv, fireplace, dining area and open kitchen with induction hob. Moreover, there is 1 double bedroom with tv and a full bathroom.
The first floor is accessible from external stairs and consists of 3 independent bedrooms with private bathroom and kitchenette with induction hob. Two of the bedrooms are double, the third is a triple bedroom furnished with a double bed and a single bed.
The surroundings of Casa Marangi in Ostuni
Casa Marangi is a new villa with swimming pool in a residential area of Ostuni, 300 meters away from the city centre of the "Città Bianca". The villa is in a strategic position as it is close to the town amenities (supermarket, tobacco shop, cafè and pharmacy) and to the beautiful old town centre with its events and tourist spots. Moreover, it`s a short drive away from the beautiful beaches of Ostuni.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
