The 70-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building with a separate entrance from the street and is spread over three levels connected by stairs: please exercise caution if traveling with children.

- LIVING ROOM I with a dining table, sofa, and TV;

- LIVING ROOM II with a sofa, split A/C, and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet.

- The apartment is accessible on foot: It is NOT possible to park a car because it is a dead-end street.

- Please note there is a small step at the entrance to the apartment.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
