Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

The keys will be collected from 15.00 to 21.00 in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

The Rosamarina Resort is located in the wonderful Marina di Ostuni, a 20 km stretch of coast that overlooks a clear sea and is made up of long beaches, sandy coves and low cliffs. The coast also includes Torre San Leonardo, a nature reserve rich in natural habitats, archaeological sites such as the Via Traiana, and farms. Also very close is the protected marine area of ​​Torre Guaceto and the bed of the Morelli River, an area about 2 km long located near the beach, with crystal clear sea and depths that gradually deepen.
