Dear customers, we thank you for the review, from which we will certainly take inspiration to improve.Regarding the size of the room, all sizes are shown on the site, as well as the prices.As for the breakfast and the restaurant, apart from the croissants, most of the products, such as cakes, jams and biscuits, are homemade; vegetables are grown in our garden and other products, such as fruit and dairy products, are local zero-kilometer products.Eggs are included in the breakfast and the supplement concerns only and exclusively the addition of the third egg per type onwards, considering that we do 4 types of egg preparation.We thank you again for the constructive review and we hope to have you back as our guests and to change your mind.

Dear Mr Matthias, Thank you for your kind evaluation about you stay in the Masseria. About the restaurant and the wine list, let's start with the assumption that the Masseria was born as a B&B, having started the restaurant from 2021 was a decision to provide an additional service to our customers, as you have well noticed not all the customers of the Masseria dine in our restaurant because they want to go out and to know what beautiful and good our land provides. Our Masseria offers its customers a very simple menu yes, but with km0 products that come from our organic garden and from the territory that surrounds us, always evaluating the quality that is proposed to us and we offer to customers. Our wine list does not offer 5 wines as you say but rather 12 different proposals including whites, reds and rosés, we also have wines off the list, which presumably the staff may not have proposed, but there are, after all just ask, we we always try to please our customers is one of the actions that distinguishes our work, matured in these seasons. Thank you Sir for your review. We are sorry for the air conditioning, but we told you that wasn't our falt because was a roles from the Ostuni city hall about the changing from warm air to A/C. About the dogs, we are in the countryside, if there are dogs around we cannot kill them! But we are sorry anyway. Best regards

Dear Sir, We thank you for the review that can be costructive. With regard to the toilet seat and the sink, you could have asked to the reception and we would have informed the maintainer to solve the problem. About the laundry service, unfortunately, it is an external service of a professional laundry, who pick up the clothes, whas them, iron them and deliver them, therefore the price is higher than a self service laundry, where you have to invest your time for a few hours, while with an external service you don’t have any problem. The caution of swimming towels is just a measure that we take to avoid losses riferring to some unpleasant events in the past, anyway is a service that we charge on the room but that we delate on check-out time when you give the towels back. All the experiences that you can see on the website are external services that guests can do inside or outside the Masseria depending on availability and also on a minimum of partecipants. Our aim is to give people the possibility to carry out a range of activities on the territory and our assistance to organize them. We hope to host you again and perhaps make you change your mind.
