'Heerlijke plek in de oude stad. Studio 1 heeft 2 aparte bedden, keuken, tafel en 2 stoelen op de 1e verdieping. Geen lift. Aardige ontvangst, flexibel, meedenkend en een probleempje werd snel opgelost. Op loopafstand van alles: zeeorgel, zonnegroet, busstation (25 min naar airport), ferry en restaurants. Prima bedden en leuk bankje om buiten te ontbijten. Aanrader!!!'

'We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. 'Great property, perfect for a getaway with a bigger group of friends or family. Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. 'Wir haben zwei wundervolle, erholsame Wochen verbracht. Die Lage am Strand und die Aussicht vom schönen schattigen Balkon waren einfach toll. Obwohl Hunde nicht an den Strand dürfen, war ein toller Spazierweg links vom offiziellen Strand, wo unser Hund jeden Tag gelaufen ist und ins Wasser konnte. Die Wohnung war komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Vielen Dank an unsere lieben Gastgeber, die sich wirklich toll um uns kümmerten.'

'Wir wurden unkompliziert und sehr freundlich ans Haus begleitet und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage einzigartig. Das Meer liegt direkt an der Terrasse und man kann am Wasser entlang bis in den Ort laufen. Nebenan befindet sich ein Restaurant. 'Het is een prachtig appartement voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Airco in alle ruimtes, prima boxspring bedden. Stortdouche in beide badkamers en grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte. 20 minuten lopen naar oude binnenstand of 10 minuten met het pontje.Duidelijke informatie door verhuurder vooraf over leuke restaurants, uitstapjes etc. Ook een supermarkt onder in het gebouw voor verse broodjes. 'At the day of arrival, we were contacted by our host to make us feel welcome. The welcome itself was great! The accommodation is just like you see in the pictures (no photoshop!). Raymonda and Laura (household help and host) were terrific! The view is amazing and we went to the city center multiple times for dining: check restaurant Bruschetta! We had a splendid, amazing, fantastic stay at villa Tina!'

"Great breakfast buffet. Walking distance (15m) to the old town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decent. Direct neigbourhood of the hotel is not the most attractive, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. Only negative is that I could hear the toilet of the upstairs neigbours being flushed as the water rushed through the pipes which appeared to be directly behind the wall. Overall a very nice hotel, would book the same again if I were to visit Zadar in the future. "
