'Great location, you can walk to restaurants and shops. The elevator was broken, not a huge deal since there are 2 - I didn’t mind the stairs. The only thing I can really say negative was that we didn’t get any cable channels…. I had to log into Netflix with our personal account. The room was clean. The couch was kinda grimy with stains- we didn’t use it. Staff was nice.'

'The room wasn't really clean. The tub had brown liked liquid on the side. Long black hair on the floor, in the fridge. There was garbage, used q-tips,plastic leftovers from snacks..., behind the cabinets.
The pool doesn't seem really clean.
The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice.

'The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry".
I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but...

'We stayed here during the Biggest Bird Festival. Great location. 30 minutes to Magee's Marsh stopping by Starbucks on the way and get ice. Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant which paid off on days after 12,000 steps! Also has a bar. Food was a little pricey but very good. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. 'The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there.
