Budgethotels in Ottawa Valley

'Property was very clean and check in was simple. I am aware that there was a cannabis event occuring as I was there for it. The event finished at 9:00pm. I was in room 1628 and there was a large party in room 1630 that were up until nearly 3:00am with loud music, banging, and talking loud. I phoned security 3x between 2:00am - 2:45am and each time was assured they were sending someone up "in a minute". To my knowledge, no one came and addressed the loud noise. I had to be up at 6:00am to be on...

'Had a great stay!'

'The stay was absolutely wonderful and I finally found a establishment that actually knows what to do with a duvet. Unfortunately 95% of hotels or establishments do not know or care, but a duvet requires a duvet cover, not a duvet sandwiched in between 2 flat sheets which basically turns my stomach and is unhygienic. I get it, they do it for time management but if you start to cut down on this then you will lose clients, including myself. This establishment however, knew how to properly deal with...

'I’m not one to give a bad review but I have to. Very disappointing experience. The hotel was old, dirty, and generally poorly maintained. The entire place looked unkempt and clearly needed proper cleaning, renovation, and upkeep. Breakfast was listed as one of the hotel's amenities, but there was no breakfast provided, which was misleading and frustrating. To make matters worse, the room key fob wasn't working, so we had to rely on staff to open the door for us every single time we needed...

'Direct indoor connection to the airport, and then to downtown via the light rail. Restaurant was standard hotel fare. Gym was a little small, but functional. Rooms are a reasonable size and we'll appointed.'

'The place was very clean well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful Parking very easy access Thank you! We really enjoyed! Daniel and Amanda'

'What an experience! We didn’t have expectations and we were pleasantly surprised! The animal viewing areas were amazing. The wolf encounter was well worth it! Dinner at the lodge was a cool surprise- seeing Bears and fox right at our window!'

'Overall it was pleasant stay'

'Perfecte overnachting, auto voor de deur. Schoon!'
