'Room was very nice. Perfectly clean. It was a little confusing finding the pool because we did not read French but we saw a cleaning lady and she was very helpful in showing us where the pool was. The washroom looked brand new. My wife loved it. The only thing was the tub was a little slippery and I had to be careful and hold the safety bar. All in all we had a great experience and will book another room at Le Parc again when we good to Ottawa again. Thanks Joe'

'The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The only minor observation was the ground outside were over grown with weeds. Loved our stay at the hotel.'

'The only issue we had on our stay was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. My concern is the lack of organization once guest started evacuating. Some people were still in their rooms and could be seen from the ground. No one came out from the hotel staff to let us know what was going on and guest kept going back into building. The room did get very hot overnight and we did not know how to adjust it. Other than that, breakfast was also great and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I’d stay here again visiting Ottawa!'
