'The rooms are great, clean and spacious. The only minor observation was the ground outside were over grown with weeds. Loved our stay at the hotel.'

'The only issue we had on our stay was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. My concern is the lack of organization once guest started evacuating. Some people were still in their rooms and could be seen from the ground. No one came out from the hotel staff to let us know what was going on and guest kept going back into building. 'I booked "the nest/le nid" a bit last minute without realizing it is a trailer, so that was a bit of a surprise! Very cool decor, very clean, beautiful place with great attention to detail. Bryce (I think his name was) checked us in and also provided service in the restaurant the next day and was extremely nice, accommodating and welcoming. The food and drinks in the restaurant were fantastic! Everything seemed very well thought out. Thanks for a great stay!'

'The place was great for the price and staff was very helpful! I especially love the text message service available. Shoutout to Minako who was very attentive and friendly! The room did get very hot overnight and we did not know how to adjust it. Other than that, breakfast was also great and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I’d stay here again visiting Ottawa!'
