'We stayed in the peony bunk room with our three young children. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was so much space. The double showers and toilets were very useful. The couch was a little well-loved, but comfortable. The staff was very kind, and the bakery downstairs was excellent. We had very good coffee and breakfast the morning we left. The street outside should be finished with construction soon - then it will be ideal for walking directly into the old town. We would stay here again!'

'Pastell hotel is a beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town in Chiang Mai. Within walking distance there are several shops, restaurants, cafés, temples or whatever. Taxi’s and tuk tuks are everywhere.
The hotel is in good and proper state and the staff is awesome polite and willing to help you with everything you ask them.'

'The staff were all super nice, great place to meet people. Only a 6 minute walk to some really cool temples & about 10/15 minute walk to downtown, super close the airport great for a first night in Chiang mai.'

'The service here was excellent! I make a mistake when booking which would have made our stay uncomfortable, and they adjusted things around my mistake to make it work.
Also, this is a really good part of town. It's quiet, but there are loads of shops, restaurants, markets etc. nearby. We stayed in the old town for a few days before, and this is much nicer.'

Ils sont très serviables.
Avantage, ils ont une petite voiturette pour nous déplacer gratuitement dans tout le carré géographique.

'I found this location to be an oasis just outside the gates of the main part of Chiang Mai. Very easy to get to and from the old city, but in a local neighborhood that felt more authentic. Their breakfast were delicious. Their service was extremely helpful. It was quiet there at night and the pool was a little cold, but the in room massages, bar, and location were really great. We had planned to move to a different hotel closer to the city and we ended up staying here because it was so great! '

"This might be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special.
