'Mooi nieuw 2 sterren hotel op een perfecte ligging. Betaling was alleen mogelijk in cash.'

'historisch gebouw met charme ,, gelegen aan de kathedraal Nette kamers en goed ontbijtbuffet. Beperkte parkeermogelijkheid aanwezig, met smalle toegang en plaatsen, betalend.'

'Mooi groot hotel in hartje Avila,dicht bij kathedraal en andere bezienswaardigheden. Mooie grote kamer met balkon.Ontbijt prima.Zeer behulpzaam.De auto gaat de parking in op 5 minuten van het hotel. Breng eerst de koffers naar het hotel.ontvang de route naar de parking.Niet goedkoop maar hij staat veilig.'

'The place was clean and safe as well as the area. They allowed me to leave my luggage. WiFi worked great. The provided towels, shampoo and body gel. Bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if it had AC, I did see a heater. Since I didn’t need AC I didn’t look for it. Many of the things to see are within short distance. '

'Keeping in mind that this is a small family run hotel in the Avila old town I am giving it my highest rating. This is not an international style 5 star, so don’t expect that. First the staff, some of which I presume are the owners, (José, Ricardo, Diego, Victor and one whose name I missed) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is clean, comfortable and quiet.
