'Appartement bien conçu; agréable et bien placé près de la mer même si nous n’avions pas la vue mer.
Mais … on regrette l’absence même d’une éponge à la cuisine et de produit de vaisselle. Pour 2 nuits nous n’avons pas ce matériel. '

'At the day of arrival, we were contacted by our host to make us feel welcome. The welcome itself was great! The accommodation is just like you see in the pictures (no photoshop!).
Raymonda and Laura (household help and host) were terrific! The view is amazing and we went to the city center multiple times for dining: check restaurant Bruschetta!
We had a splendid, amazing, fantastic stay at villa Tina!'

'We loved the washer-getting in a couple of loads really helped on an 1 month trip. Also , a nice deck overlooking the rooftops… hard to see the ocean tho.
Parking on the property is always good ( no fee or parking 2 blocks away).
Overall, a very comfortable stay and well worth the price. You will need to haul you luggage up 2 flights of steps tho. '

'Heerlijke plek in de oude stad. Studio 1 heeft 2 aparte bedden, keuken, tafel en 2 stoelen op de 1e verdieping. Geen lift. Aardige ontvangst, flexibel, meedenkend en een probleempje werd snel opgelost. Op loopafstand van alles: zeeorgel, zonnegroet, busstation (25 min naar airport), ferry en restaurants. Prima bedden en leuk bankje om buiten te ontbijten. Aanrader!!!'

'Great breakfast buffet. Walking distance (15m) to the old town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decent. Direct neigbourhood of the hotel is not the most attractive, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. Only negative is that I could hear the toilet of the upstairs neigbours being flushed as the water rushed through the pipes which appeared to be directly behind the wall. Overall a very nice hotel, would book the same again if I were to visit Zadar in the future. '
