'Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Refused our stay due to my husband's disability requiring a service animal, despite the fact that they list the hotel as accepting pets and service animals. I was told by staff my stay had been refunded. 2 days later, not only was I charged for my stay, I was also advised by another staff the refund was never issued. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager or receive a refund for a hotel room I never stayed in due to staff refusal.'

'The pictures online definitely don’t match what you get and they should be updated. The pool stayed locked 1/2 the time we were there. I had requested joining rooms when I reserved it 5 weeks in advance because I have kids, and we did not receive that so we had to split up. The breakfast was terrible. 'The had bugs. Bugs crawling out the air conditioner. Room is was smelly. The toilet was not stable. Could not sleep in the room. Had to go sleep at a relative. Never used to room. Too unsanitary'
