'Prima hotel, netjes. In het centrum van Burgas. Restaurant en bar niet bijzonder. Daar was s'avonds niets te beleven. Een inpandig casino. Ik kon helaas geen gebruik maken van de spa'

'Need to wash a carton and carpet extremely, good hotel.but to reared and weared, need maintanance ! But in reception working a best staff , very polite, responsive and friendly! But in room even no sleepers provided , carpet too dirty .... '

The staff was really great, we had the feeling the hotel was well managed and the staff worked here with pleasure and generally had a smile on their face.
