Only negative comment is it would have been good to know in advance that it was a haunted property (most haunted pub in Derbyshire allegedly) rather than finding out on arrival. It freaked me out and I slept poorly. Would have booked elsewhere if I had known. '

'If you’re just after a good clean & safe space to lay your head this fits the bill. The staff are lovely & friendly but don’t expect any food service or accessible drinks etc. whilst an incredibly lovely building there is very little going on there. '

'Excellent rooms. The only downside was the spa facilities was not included in the price except between 7am to 9am it was an extra £20 to £30 per a person at all other time which i thought let down the hotel. I would of not booked it if i knew there was an extra cost.'
