'This is an older property but well maintained and in an absolutely perfect location. We were able to walk for meals shopping and to the beach easily. The bikes were also great to use for exploring. Staff were gracious and attentive. When we checked out they had already gone to get our car because they recognized us ! The pool is small but well maintained. 'It was really clean and the room has fun beach decor. The towels were a bit worn but everything else was perfect. It is super close to the beach and Santa Barbara pier which was very nice.

'It’s literally a hidden gem. People probably are avoiding booking it because there aren’t a lot of reviews that’s simply because it’s brand new and it definitely looks and feels that way. It was so clean and it was perfect location and space for my family. I absolutely will only stay here going forward when I am visiting Santa Barbara.

'Lovely property. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to State Street, shops, restaurants, wharf, etc. Our room was well appointed, and beds were very comfortable. We also had washer/dryer and kitchen which made our stay convenient. And we loved the rooftop seating! Only slight complaint is that living room furniture was not very comfortable for our movie night (couch and chairs are small, don't have headrests and are not oriented toward TV). But we made it work. We enjoyed our stay!'

'It was very nice and secure! They had free bike rentals which is highly recommended when in Santa Barbara! They also have a great pool and jacuzzi! The hotel also had little games around the hotel which is fun for the kids like a big chess board, shuffle board, connect 4, etc. Would definitely go back. '
