'Room and employees were wonderful. Disappointed in buffet breakfast which was quickly emptied by sports team and not replenished at 915 with 45 minutes to go. Manager was very helpful to buffet attendant who was clearly overwhelmed by full dining area but I went to work without breakfast. '

'The first week was fine, when the second week charges were paid they ran my card twice. Although the second charge dropped off after 3or 4 days it tied up my available balance and was very inconvenient. I spoke to a manager who was supposed to send an email saying the second pre authorization was in error but she never did. The third week we changed hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly but the rooms had problems we asked to get fixed but it never happened. '

'It is not a completed Boutique Hotel. Building is being renovated and sits behind a lower level motel. You check in at the other motel and drive through the parking lot to an unmarked building. Lobby is unfinished. There is a handful of rooms down a hallway. No staff. Room was ok. Dirty in corners of the room. AC/Heat control on the wall did not work. No ice or vending machines available. Parking not identified or marked. '
