Als Hotel, das sich im Segment der Small Luxury Hotels positioniert, haben wir entsprechend hohe Erwartungen an Qualität, Komfort und Service. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten nicht dem erwarteten Standard. 1. 'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. The beds are soft but not too soft and the inside and the outside of the tent is cosy and comfortable. Due to a heatwave the temperatures were very high. I never appreciated an aircon until now. The crew is very kind and helpful. Kristof and Christina (I’m sorry if I don’t have any the names right) in particular. 'Anastasia and the staff were so hospitable during my stsy. Upon arrival after a long travel journey I was warmly greeted and offered champagne. Since this was my birthday trip, I gladly accepted.
