'Unbedingt buchen!!! Ganz tolle Unterkunft. Preis Leistung hat mehr als gestimmt. Ruhige, etwas abgelegene Lage mit großartigem Blick auf die Lagune. Die Hausherrin hat uns super freundlich empfangen. Frühstück gibt es a la carte. Die Zimmer als auch die Villa insgesamt sind sauber und aufwändig eingerichtet.

'Amazing hotel, the hotel staff where great. The treating with tea and strawberries was amazing.
The owners where very friendly and helpful, giving tips on where to go for lunch and what to see not only in knysna itself but plettenberg bay and tsitsikamma as well. If I'm ever back in knysna, I will definitely stay here again'

'Deze accommodatie is een echte aanrader! Diana en Rob zijn betrokken en zorgzame hosts met een flinke dosis humor! Ze willen je overal mee helpen. De suite was ruim en sfeervol ingericht. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en de specials van Rob zijn gevarieerd en super lekker! Wij komen graag nog een keer terug!'

'This was an all around amazing experience. We stayed in the whale suite which had amazing views of ocean and cliff sides. We saw a pod of dolphins before dinner. Dinner was made there by an excellent chef. Highly recommend staying here.'

'Great to be back at the beautiful venue after 6 years. However the venue needs to maintain an ever doing upgrade and maintenance aa the location and rooms - which will be torn and worn after the years.
Another issue - it suits better to have fresh flowers in the restaurant - than wethered leaves and flowers, as the hotel is a 5 star boutique hotel..'

'View from the ‘Elephant room’ is stunning and the furnishings are as pictured in the photos- beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic and the hotel manager was one of the most welcoming and helpful we’ve ever experienced. The location is a bit distant from restaurants and commercial areas, but that contributes to its peaceful charm.'

'Very unique hotel. We got a 2 bedroom apartment, although there was only 2 of us. So very spacious, immaculate, everything you needed. We loved it. Friendly staff, great location looking over the water. Bakery below which did amazing food for breakfast and lunch. Walk to the restaurants and shops minutes away. Will be back and definitely recommend. '
