'River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too. 'Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour y faire une courte étape (1 nuit) et il a parfaitement répondu à notre attente. Rien d'exceptionnel, mais tout y était pour y passer une bonne nuit. Nous sommes également venus avec notre chien et nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir le promener le lendemain matin dans un bois juste en face avec un chemin de balade. '

'Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.'
