'This property had false amenities and refused to refund us. The hotel smelled like mildew and the downgraded our reservation from a king to a queen without prior authorization. The walls are thin and people wers running up and down the halls. The pullout couch had stains and no bedding. We had to request more bedding. Seriously disappointed. '

'This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). 'First, I reserved two double queen rooms over a month ago. We arrived and they rented our rooms already. We had to change to one single king and one double queen, but they charged me the same price. This is a very sketchy area with lots of transients. Appears to be more of an extended stay for low income. Someone did burn outs and i thought they were gong to hit the building at 2 am, a fight occurred about 3 am leaving blood and broken pipes / flooding.'
