'Price quality of location and condition'

'No outdoor pool. No landscaping. No restaurant. Very overpriced snack bar, I.e. $7 water, $6 skittles or chips. Etc. valet was only available 8a.m. - 9pm. So I parked myself in “no park” zone. No refill of “free” coffee in room. These should be basic amenities. Definitely not luxurious!'

'Een uitstekende hotel, op loopafstand van de beach en het centrum. De suite was groot , schoon en up. To date ingericht. De medewerkers verleenden super goede service, gevraagd en ongevraagd. De kamers waren schoon, de wifi zeer goed en qua geluid weinig tot geen overlast. Parkeren is wel een uitdaging, maar dat gaf wel ruimte en plaats( anderen durfden het niet aan).'

'The entire staff at this hotel was amazing! I've never stayed at a hotel where all the workers were so friendly. The housekeepers were exceptional, anytime we needed anything they were very prompt and friendly. As someone who works with the public you have an awesome team here!! I would say the balcony area could use some updates as the air conditioning units do leak quite a bit, however I would stay there again simply because of the staff and location. Great job!'

'The elevator was out of service for our entire stay. We also heard from previous guests comments that the elevator was out of service 2 weeks ago. If mgmt of this hotel doesn’t have the time to fix it during the high season and sure if they ever wanted to.'

'I wouldn’t stay here again. I booked a balcony.. didn’t get one. There was zero water pressure. My room had a leak. The floors were dirty, and there was a part of the floor in the bathroom that little bugs came out of. The parking was terrible. There was a bucket of cigarette butts just sitting in water right by my room and then someone dumped it out, which was gross. There was something splattered on the wall and on the tv that wasn’t clean before I got there. I had to squeeze into a parking...

'We tried to check in early, rooms weren’t ready yet. No big deal. Until we came back at 6pm (check in is at 4) and had to WAIT for our room because it STILL was not cleaned and ready. We were not alone, nearly 15 people crowded the lobby in the same situation. The next day, the same thing happened to the new check ins. Also, the second day we were there I asked for clean towels. No housekeeper ever came to our room. I asked at 5:30pm, checked in at 6:30pm, and FINALLY we just left and came back...

'The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly very accommodating and went above and beyond with everybody that came to the counter. The rooms were cozy the bed was okay I've had better but it wasn't bad. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit the beach. I would highly recommend this place.'

'Parking was available. Bare minimum with room. Tv didnt work when we drove in late night. Bed sheets were not in great condition stained. Towels had stains on them. Questionable cleanliness luckily we didn't stay a whole weekend. One comment I heard was at least they had a hand soap dispenser. We wouldn't stay there for a night again.'
